Getting Started
How does the free trial work?
You get full access to all Starter plan features for 21 days or up to 20 orders — whichever comes first, with no credit card required to start. If you save a payment method during the trial, no charge is made right away. Your first payment is billed automatically only after 20 orders or 21 days, whichever comes first.
How quickly can I get set up?
The system is built for quick setup. If you have your menu ready and share a few details about your business, your page will be populated with the data you provide. Follow the onboarding steps and guided tasks inside your new instance to configure delivery zones, selling rules, and everything else to match your needs.
Do I need technical skills to use RestroSuite?
Not at all. RestroSuite is built so you can set up and run everything yourself. Manage your menu, configure delivery zones, customize your storefront — all through a straightforward dashboard. No technical background required.
What support is available during and after the trial?
Our team is available via email throughout your trial and beyond. We usually respond within 24 hours, but sometimes it may take up to 2 working days.
Which countries and languages are supported?
RestroSuite is currently available in Poland and the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Your storefront language is matched to your country of sale — Polish for Poland, German for the DACH region. Multi-language storefronts are on our roadmap.
What's Included
What exactly is included in the Starter plan?
Everything you need to run online ordering: unlimited orders, full menu management, online payments (cards, BLIK, Google Pay, Apple Pay), delivery zone configuration, storefront themes, custom domain, and staff accounts with role-based access.
Are there any limits on orders, menu items, or delivery zones?
There are no limits on orders, menu items, categories, or delivery zones. The Starter plan includes 500 MB of storage for images and files.
Can I bring over my existing menu and photos?
Yes. You can add your menu items and upload photos directly in the dashboard. We recommend starting with your most popular dishes and expanding from there — you can edit everything anytime.
Can I use my own domain name and branding?
Yes. Custom domains are included in every plan. You set up your domain in the dashboard, point your DNS to us, and we verify it automatically. Your storefront uses your logo, colors, and chosen theme.
Pricing & Billing
How is pricing calculated if I have multiple locations?
Each location is billed separately at the plan price. When you add a new location, there is no upfront charge — the updated total is applied at your next renewal. You only pay for the locations you actually use.
Are there any fees beyond the monthly subscription?
RestroSuite does not charge setup fees, per-order fees, or commissions. The only additional costs are payment provider transaction fees and any optional add-on features you choose to enable.
Is there a minimum contract or long-term commitment?
No. We currently offer monthly billing only, with no lock-in. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.
Flexibility
Can I cancel anytime, and what happens next?
Yes, cancel anytime from your account. Your storefront stays active and you can keep accepting orders until the end of the current billing period — no partial-month charges. After that, your storefront goes offline but all your data is preserved. You can reactivate at any time and pick up where you left off.
What happens if a payment fails?
You have a 14-day grace period to update your payment method. During this time, your restaurant stays online. If payment isn't resolved within 14 days, your account is paused — but your data is never deleted.
Can I upgrade to Professional or Enterprise later?
Professional and Enterprise plans are coming soon. When they launch, upgrading will preserve all your existing data, settings, and custom domain.
